Given:

m=150 kg

Speed(N)=1500 rpm

ω=2πN/60

=2×3.14×1500/60

ω=157 rad/s

ωn=20/100ω

√k/m=157/5

k=(150)(985.96)

k=1.48×10⁵ N/m
